New Balance managed to shake things up in 2021 by unveiling its limited-edition New Balance 2002R "Protection Pack." The brand followed up the success of that launch by giving other New Balance sneakers the "Protection Pack" treatment, including the New Balance 1906D. The New Balance 1906D Protection Pack Silver Metallic made its way into the world through this concept.


This New Balance 1906D Silver Metallic sneaker features a breathable upper made of mesh and synthetic leather overlays that have worn edges on them. The upper sits on top of a lightweight ABZORB midsole that has ABZORB SBS heel cushioning for added comfort and support. There is also an N-ergy outsole outfitted with a Stability Web to provide even more support in the arch area.
